How do I place an order?
The best way to place an order is online. You may also use our promotional items request form for custom orders. Each customer order is assigned to a personal account executive. Once we receive your order we will call you or email you to verify.
How do you pay for an order?
When you are finished placing your order online you select the option pay by credit card. All orders are pre-purchased unless otherwise discussed with your account executive. We have other options available:
- credit card - fastest way to order
- we will contact you for payment - fast way to order
- check or money order - slow way to order
- purchase order - corporate only
Is there a minimum order size?
Yes. Each promotional item has a minimum order size that must be purchased. It will be indicated when your promotional item is selected.
Can you help me with my logo and artwork?
Yes. We can help you with your logo and artwork. If you don't have a logo or the right artwork we can provide assistance with our in-house graphic designers. Additional fees will apply.
Do you offer corporate company stores?
We can provide your corporate office, marketing department, sales team with a custom branded web site promotional items store for ordering.
Do you offer rush services?
Many of our promotional products have 24 hour rush services. Please call us for immediate assistance on rush services.
Are there setup charges?
Yes. There is a small setup fee involved for each promotional product.
